Camping

Dry camping is available 1.5 miles from the event venue Carrie Blake Park. All camping spots are in mowed field. This is right in town, so convenient to many dining and shopping options as well. The dry camping spot is likely not a great spot for a large RV. It is more suited to tenting, van camping, or smaller RVs / trailers that are not super heavy and have good tires and ground clearance. Alternative camping options: If you need wheels on the pavement and/or hookups, or want a more traditional campground, we suggest camping at Sequim Bay State Park, Dungeness Recreation Area (reservation system opens Jan 1 for 2023 spots), or John Wayne Marina / Waterfront Resort. You can also camp for free in the parking lot of 7 Cedars Casino. The spots are limited so arrive early. Also, if you are a member of the Elks, the Sequim Elks allows members to RV camp at their Lodge - more info here (and they also have dinner Friday night!)
The camping fee is $15 PER PERSON , and is good for three nights of camping (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). We will have portable toilets available and some drinking water.
Shower Pass - separate purchase. We have arranged for showers at the YMCA, but it will be on a somewhat limited basis. The showers will be available for NWTR campers from 3pm-6pm on Saturday and Sunday (they are not normally open on Sunday - they are opening special for showers for us 3-6pm Sunday). Sign up for a shower pass separately for $5 (per person, good for both days). You will need your ID to shower as all people entering the YMCA are subject to a background check (takes just a few seconds).
The YMCA is fully open on Fridays and Saturdays - if you want full use of the YMCA on Friday and/or Saturday, you can buy a day pass from the YMCA when you arrive for $15 (about the Sequim YMCA). Or if you are already a YMCA member at home, the Sequim YMCA will accept your membership so you will have full use of the Sequim YMCA for free on Friday or Saturday (closed Sunday) (just don't forget to bring your membership card!).
